Somatic & Vibrational Therapy

Your body holds the memory.

Somatic therapy works directly with the body's stored stress responses — using breath, movement, and sensory awareness to release what talk therapy alone cannot reach.

What it addresses

  • Trauma held in the body
  • Chronic stress & hypervigilance
  • Dissociation & emotional numbness
  • Anxiety with physical symptoms
  • Sensory processing differences
  • Post-traumatic freeze response

What a session looks like

Sessions begin with a brief body scan — noticing sensations without judgment. Your therapist may guide you through breathwork, gentle movement sequences, or grounding exercises that anchor you in the present moment. Talk weaves naturally alongside body-based awareness rather than replacing it. No special clothing or fitness level is required. Sessions run 45–60 minutes and can be delivered individually or as part of an integrated C.A.R.E. protocol.
